Trust

The platform never silently lies.

It tells you what it verified, what it didn't, and refuses to fabricate the rest. Here is the architecture behind that claim, in customer language, and where to check it yourself.

Six values, verifiable in the product

Everything we publish, price, and build expresses six values that are already architectural commitments, not aspirations. That is the rare position: our values are things you can go check.

Value Architectural proof What it means for you
Evidence over assertion Citation enforcement; orphan facts refuse to render Every claim is sourced. If we can't source it, we don't print it.
Transparency by architecture Named method, quality gates, and what was verified on each run See the method, the gates, and what was checked. Nothing to hide because the method is the moat.
Fail-loud honesty Per-check verification statuses; startup gates; no silent degradation The platform never silently lies. It tells you what it didn't verify.
Human primacy Human decision gates render at every tier; AI is the worker, the human is the principal investigator AI assembles the basis; you defend the decision.
Defensibility Chain-hashed execution traces; audit-trail-complete deliverables; fifteen-dimension quality framework Hand it to a board, a regulator, or peer review, with the receipt attached.
Earned trust Twenty-one years of governed change control in healthcare; 100% delivery record We didn't pivot to AI. We brought twenty-one years of governance discipline to it.

Rule: every section of this site, every social post, and every community program traces to at least one of these six values. If a piece of copy can't name its value, we cut it.

The claim-protection triad

"The platform never silently lies. It tells you what it didn't verify."

Layered frosted-glass panes with emerald edges, each layer visible through the one above it

Illustrative. Every layer of the record stays visible through the layers above it. Nothing in the chain is opaque.

Startup gate

If a required verification service (PII detection, the cloud model provider) is unreachable, the platform refuses to start in production mode. It does not quietly fall back to a weaker mode and pretend nothing changed.

Runtime fail-loud

Every claim and citation carries a per-check verification status: passed, failed, degraded, skipped, or not yet implemented. High-stakes operations block rather than complete in a degraded state.

Honest capability state

We surface what the platform can actually verify on a given run, so your compliance officer can confirm what we sell is what we deliver, not what a slide deck said in a sales call.

The Assay Reports

Published adversarial testing

Quarterly, we run our own hostile-prompt test against the citation gate and publish the full methodology and failure count, honestly, including the failures and the fixes that followed. Nobody else can run this without exposing how much of their pitch is marketing.

First report publishing Q3 2026

We haven't published our first quarterly adversarial report yet. When we do, it will state: how many hostile prompts we tested, exactly how many passed verification, the methodology we used, and the fixes that followed. No report goes out that we can't stand behind, including this one, once it exists.

Compliance posture

Every run carries a structured transparency record: purpose, alternatives, decision criteria, references, and audit. That structure is built with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF principles in view, not retrofitted after the fact. We name the specific standard we're posturing toward; we don't claim certifications we don't hold. Alignment, not certification.
